About Anteri
We are a Bristol-based company and serve clients throughout the south west and nationally. Our team is made up of coaches and consultants well qualified in their own areas of expertise and all with extensive and varied business experience. Their widely differing backgrounds in both public and private sectors means that we can offer a broad range of knowledge and experiences to the organisations we serve. What they all have in common however is a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm and a passion for making a difference in the lives and business endeavours of those they work with. In addition, all are committed to their own continuous individual development and growth both professionally and personally.
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Annette Simmons is a consultant, executive coach and trainer who has been involved with personal, team and organisational development programmes for over ten years in the United Kingdom, Europe and the United States. Her background combines human resources, cross cultural training, performance management and commercial translation. She speaks French and Spanish.
She moved into consultancy and executive coaching through her interest in modern psychology and personal transformation and her passion for understanding and working with the issues faced by people undergoing or trying to create change in their professional and personal lives. She has consulted, trained and coached in a wide variety of fields including performance improvement, time and stress management, diversity, team development and creative problem solving. She works primarily with leaders helping them meet their goals, develop their businesses and explore and change those behaviours and thinking patterns which hold them back. She is highly regarded by executive clients as a coach who has inspired them to achieve organisational results far beyond even their own expectations.
She has worked with: BAE Systems, Eastman Kodak, Saatchi and Saatchi Advertising, Scientific Atlanta Inc and the Ministry of Defence
