Sarah Siese   is an experienced executive coach and human development consultant who works with emphasis on designing executive development and growth programmes, senior selection processes and team building. She has worked on organisational reviews, appraisal and training systems, labour efficiency studies and remuneration surveys – helping organisations to grow, learn and manage change.

 

She is passionate about enabling people to explore their potential and finding ways to succeed – working smarter not harder or longer.  She values openness and honesty and believes that her clients are not only self-accountable but have all the resources they need to achieve their goals.

 

Sarah aligns herself to the unique culture of each organisation. Using a combination of coaching, mentoring and constructive driving, her emphasis is always positive and practical.

Luc de Belloy is a coach, actor and  trainer based in Paris. He specialises in oral and behavioural communication and leadership.  His skill is in making a clear connection between the three disciplines of coaching, training and acting, to improve individual behaviour and organisational performance.

 

He has been coaching CEOs, managers, artists and sportsmen for about ten years during which time he has succeeded in establishing a unique mentoring method for coaches, based on improvisation, and theatre.  He also conducts advanced training programmes for coaches at an international level.  He is an international speaker and has presented keynotes and workshops in various European countries including  ICF/NCF  Euro coaching conferences in Switzerland, Spain, Sweden and Italy

 

Luc is the co-founder of the “Co-creating the Future” Group in Europe and is currently writing a book on The “Art of Coaching”.  He is still a performing artist as well as conducting acting courses and is currently directing a modern play for adults.

 

He feels that his mission is to help people raise their consciousness and become more “present” in their own lives and in the lives of others.

Helen Guinness is a coach, trainer and consultant with over fifteen years' experience in creating and developing business training courses and specialist development programmes. 

 

Helen’s particular expertise is in leadership development and coaching at all levels in an organisation.  She also specialises in communication and behaviour, facilitation, personal skills development, mediation, gender issues and the problems of cross gender communications.  She is currently co-researching and developing a project on leadership, which will alter the culture of leadership from one that is power based and dependent upon promotion, to one that recognises the value of learning and practising the craft of leadership throughout a person’s life.

 

She has worked both nationally and internationally, including the former Yugoslavia and Soviet Union.  She speaks French, German and Croatian and is co-author of the book 'Making Management Simple'.

Jon Spencer has been a consultant for over ten years having gained considerable corporate experience with the West of England Management Centre and Dun & Bradstreet International. He has an MSc in Management Development & Training from the University of Bristol.

 

He has worked extensively in the field of personal development, team building and the management of change where he demonstrates a highly innovate approach to workshop design and delivery.  His main area of interest is coaching and facilitation work and he believes passionately in the value of letting individuals and groups draw upon their own creative resources to solve problems and make progress.  His experience in working with groups with problematic dynamics and even serious conflict issues continually confirms his belief that with sensitive facilitation and a desire to succeed, the seemingly most insurmountable obstacles can be overcome.
